Setting up payments on CardUp is incredibly straightforward, just like tying your shoelaces. The process involves the following simple steps:
Step 1:
Log into your CardUp account and click on the green "+ Create Payment" button located in the top right corner of the site.
Step 2:
Select the appropriate payment type from the options provided.
Step 3:
Search for the recipient. If the recipient is not listed, you can click the "+Add new recipient". You'll then be prompted to fill in a few details about the recipient, and CardUp may require payment advice such as an invoice, agreement or contract to verify the payment details provided.
Step 4:
Enter the payment details. At this stage, you can select the preferred payment plan, set the payment frequency, and even apply any available promo codes.
Step 5:
Upload the supporting documents. More information about the required documents can be found. here.
Review the payment set up and click "Continue".
Step 6:
Review the payment information again to ensure all the payment amounts, due dates, and promo codes are correctly set up. Click the green "Confirm Payment Setup" button to complete the process.
