All standard payments are disbursed within 3 business days, excluding the date of charge. Alternatively, you may opt for our Next Day payment service, which will disburse payments to your recipient on the next business day, for an additional fee.
It is important to note that the general payment disbursement is settled during the latter half of the day, on your specified due date, between the hours of 5 PM and 8 PM. This timeframe is subject to us receiving the necessary funds from our partners. Once those funds are received, we will promptly process the payments on our end.
If you would prefer to have the funds disbursed earlier than our standard timeframe, we strongly recommend setting the due date one business day prior, if feasible.
Please be advised that payments are only processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Setting up a future payment (Standard payment)
For future payments, the earliest Payment Due date you can select will be 3 business days later. Your Payment Charge date will be 3 business days before the Payment Due date. The details will be clearly displayed when you are setting up the payment, so please review them carefully. Once the payment is scheduled, we will be unable to modify the due date.
Setting up an urgent payment (Next Day payment)
For time-sensitive payments, you may opt for our Next Day payment service, which will be delivered by the next business day (cut-off is 6 PM on the previous business day). Please note that payments scheduled after 6 PM each day will be processed for the following business day.
An additional fee will be applied to the Next Day service, on top of the standard 2.6% CardUp fee. Promo code discounts will not apply to the Next Day fee, but will remain applicable to the 2.6% CardUp fee.
