Need help informing your customers of the different payment methods you accept? We've put together a list of marketing best practices to follow
1. Send an announcement email
Use our email template to easily announce that you now accept credit card and PayNow payments. It's also encouraged to include some of the content and your payment link in your email footer, email signature and any marketing email you are sending to your customers.

2. Add your payment URL to your invoices
When you insert your payment URL directly on your invoices, it's easier and quicker for your customers to pay you immediately. All you need to do is to add 1-2 liners to the payment method section to indicate that you now accept credit card and PayNow payments.

For Xero users, head over to this link to find out how you let your customers pay your Xero-issued invoices with their credit cards or PayNow with ease.
3. Spread the word on all your marketing channels
Different customers engage with different marketing channels. Be sure to add "We now accept credit card payments with CardUp" to all your channels:
- Website and website footer
- FAQs
- Payment pages
- Social media accounts
To collect payments speedier, you can also consider adding your unique Payment Page link on the above channels so your customers can now initiate payments of any amount to you anytime.
4. Explain how credit card payments will work
Share a one page FAQ educating your customers about how CardUp works and reassuring them that their payments will be 100% secure.
