To process your payment request, we require clear visibility of MOM’s bank account details on your payment invoice or supporting documentation. However, we understand that this information is often not publicly accessible, which may limit our ability to support such payments.
Please also note that CardUp cannot facilitate payouts to UEN numbers or similar references, as our transfers are done via manual bank transfers, which require full bank account details.
