Acknowledgement Required:
Once you acknowledge the email, our team will proceed to cancel the payment. -
Funds Handling:
Please note that CardUp does not hold your funds. The amount is held by your issuing bank. After cancellation, the release of funds will be subject to your bank’s processing timeline and policies.
