You may cancel any of your payments, provided that:
- Your credit card has not been charged.
- The cancel function is only applicable for "Domestic Payments" and not available for "International Payments".
To make changes, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to your dashboard.
- Navigate to the "Upcoming" tab.
- Locate the payment you wish to edit and click on the "3-dots" button (highlighted in red) in the first column.
- Select the "cancel" option.
You can choose to cancel a single payment or all future recurring payments in a series.
