I signed up for the wrong account type. Can you change it for me?
We understand that you would like to transition your CardUp account from Business to Personal, or vice versa. Unfortunately, due to the distinct nature of these products, we are currently unable to facilitate direct switching between account types.
However, we are happy to assist you in deactivating your existing account, allowing you to sign up again with the correct email address. To proceed, please contact our customer experience team at hello@cardup.co with the email address you would like us to delete, and we will promptly process the account deactivation.
