What types of accounts can I use to make tuition or education payments with CardUp?
At CardUp, we support making tuition or education payments to any schools or education centers with a business bank account. Personal accounts are not accepted.
What are the payment options available for tuition or education payments?
- Direct Payment
If you have the full bank details of the school, including the bank account number and bank name, you can make the payment directly to them through CardUp. - Payment via GIRO
Not accepted.
What supporting documents are required when setting up a tuition or education payments?
When setting up your payment, you are required to submit supporting documents. Please upload the latest invoice, which must include the following information:
- Purpose of payment
- Payer's name (your name) *
- Recipient's full bank details, including the bank name, account number, and SWIFT code
- Payment amount
- Invoice issuing date (within the last six months)
* If you are paying on behalf of your immediate family, such as your son or daughter, please also upload a proof of relationship (e.g., birth certificate) along with the invoice. This will allow our team to verify that the payment is valid.
