Dependent on the collection channel used, the details your customer have to provide to make payment may differ. Refer to the image below for an overview:
Note that payment details may differ depending on the payment method selected:
- For PayNow payments: Your customer is required to scan a generated QR code to make payment.
- For credit card payments: Your customer is required to provide the card number, name on card, CVC and expiry date to make a payment.
