Starting in August 2021, your Xero invoices will have the capability for your customers to make PayNow QR payments directly. This feature offers an extra payment choice to your customers, particularly beneficial for those who prefer not to use or do not have access to credit card payments.
- If you have registered for CardUp Collect after August 2021, PayNow would automatically be enabled for your Xero invoices as long as you have selected it during the account setup.
- If you have registered for CardUp Collect and connected your Xero and CardUp accounts before August 2021, you will need to:
- Ensure that PayNow has been enabled: Check if your account is enabled with PayNow by navigating to Account > Account Settings > Collect Settings. If PayNow does not show up on your Collect Settings, please reach out to us at hello@cardup.co to enable it.
- Edit Xero invoice payment button: If your Xero account was connected with your CardUp account before August 2021, the payment button on your Xero invoices will appear as "Pay by credit card (CardUp)". Follow the steps below to edit the button to "Pay by Credit Card/PayNow".
- Ensure that PayNow has been enabled: Check if your account is enabled with PayNow by navigating to Account > Account Settings > Collect Settings. If PayNow does not show up on your Collect Settings, please reach out to us at hello@cardup.co to enable it.
