Step-by-step on how to reinstate your cancelled payment
1. Log in to your CardUp personal account and navigate to the 'Cancelled' tab in your dashboard.
2. Select the "3-dots" menu and choose "Undo Cancel"
3. You will have the option to undo one payment or the entire recurring series
Important note

If your selected payment(s) card charge date has passed when you're reinstating your cancelled payment, CardUp will charge your card on the nearest business day once the payment is approved

If you have previously deleted the card used for any of your cancelled payment(s), you'll not be able to reinstate your cancelled payment(s). Instead, add your card back and set it up as a new payment to ensure payment gets processed again.
What is the "Undo Cancel" feature?
The "Undo Cancel" feature allows eligible users to reinstate canceled mortgage or car loan payments. This feature brings the canceled payment back to its original status (Pending or Scheduled) and shows it under the "Upcoming" tab. Note: This feature is still on beta testing stage and not applicable for all users, only affected users applies.
Who can use the "Undo Cancel" feature?
This feature is available only to a select group of affected users who have canceled mortgage or car loan payments. It is not available for all payment types or users.
What happens when I reinstate a canceled payment?
The payment will return to its original state, either as a Pending or Scheduled payment, and will be reflected under the "Upcoming" tab in your account.
Is this undo cancel option available for my other payments?
No, this Undo cancel option is only available for loan payments that you cancelled after 15 October.
Why can’t I undo my cancelled payments?
We are unable to reinstate your payment if the card used for the canceled transaction has been deleted from your CardUp account.
To proceed, please re-add your card and set it up as a new payment to ensure it gets processed again. If you encounter any issues during the setup, feel free to reach out to our support team at hello@cardup.co for assistance.

Will my promo code or referral be reinstated?
Yes, if a promo code or referral code was applied to the canceled payment, it will also be reinstated along with the payment. Note: Only applicable to payment that was cancelled after 15 October and for specific affected users.
