To use our condo and MCST payment service, you'll need:
- An MCST invoice issued by your recipient
- Your recipient's full bank details, including the bank name, account number, and SWIFT code
- A credit card to make the payments
3. What information should be included on the MCST invoice?
Please ensure the MCST invoice contains the following details:
- Purpose of payments
- Your name (Payor name)
- Recipient's full bank details
- Amount to be paid
- Invoice issuing date (within the last six months)
4. How do I set up a payment for MCST?
- Add the new MCST as a recipient on CardUp.
- Upload the necessary documents on the Document page.
5. What if I don't have an MCST number because the MCST hasn't been formed for my new development?
If the MCST has not been formed, you can set up the payment under the miscellaneous tab. Once the MCST number is obtained, you will need to create a new MCST payee according to our procedures.
6. How can I make a recurring payment to Condo MCST if it's not in CardUp's list?
If your Condo MCST is not on CardUp's list, you can:
- Attach the necessary documents to support your request to add the MCST number to our database.
- Be assured that we will forward this request to our team for processing.
