Payment Requests allow your business to get paid faster with more clarity by sending a customised link to your customer where they can pay you using their credit card or (New!) PayNow. Your customer only needs to enter their payment details and voila, you’ve been paid!
How do I send someone a payment request?

To send your customer a Payment Request:

- Navigate from the dashboard: Log in to your account and click on Collect.
- Click on Payment Requests followed by + Create Request to create a new Payment Request.
- Select Payment Options and Fee settings: Choose one-off or recurring payments and on the same screen, select who pays the fee. You can customise who pays the fee for each specific payment method.
As a Collector, you will also be able to select how soon you receive the payout. There are 2 options available: Standard payout (receive in 3 business days at no additional fee) or Next business day payout (receive payout in the next business day at an additional fee of 0.3%). - If you are requesting for recurring payments, you will be able to review the payment schedule
- Share Payment Request: Share the Payment Request to your customers via SMS, email or as a URL.
- Customer makes payment: Your customers will land on this Payment Page when visiting the shared link.
- Monitor payment: Once the payment has been made by your customer, you can check that the Payment Request will move from 'Pending' to 'Paid', along with the payment amount and payout date.
- Navigate from the dashboard: Log in to your account and click on Collect.

- For recurring payment requests, a collector can track the payment status by clicking the 3 dots on the transaction in the dashboard and select 'View payments'
- A collector can also cancel the payment requests individually or as a whole
- Guests would have to verify their mobile number into order to manage their payments on the guest portal
- The can also view the payment request summary before submitting their payment
- They would be able to log into their guest portal to manage all payments, update card, and contact details or cancel any payment

How can I track my Payment Requests?
Payment Requests that were created by you can be tracked using the dashboard in the Payment Requests page.
You may toggle between the different tabs ‘Pending’, ‘Paid’ and ‘Deleted’ to see the statuses of requests that you had created.
Pending - Requests that have been created but have not been paid for yet
Paid - Requests that have been completed after your customer has paid through the link
Deleted - Requests that you cancelled on the payment requests dashboard -
How will I know if someone paid for my Payment Request?
You will be notified by email as soon as your customer sets up a payment through the Payment Request link. -
How can I share a Payment Request?
Upon successfully creating a Payment Request, you may share it to your customer via email, SMS or using the URL. -

How is next day payment calculated?
The time of next-day payment is calculated from the moment customer makes a payment (I.e. charge). Collector receives money next day from charge day - How do I upgrade to next day payout?
Go to your Collect Dashboard and click the 3 dots on the left of the payment. Click "View/Edit" and you will be able to upgrade the payout to next day payout at an additional 0.3% fee
