If, in the unlikely situation, your payment on CardUp does not earn any rewards on your credit card, you can drop us an email at email@example.com with your:
- Email used for your CardUp account
- Payment reference number
- Name and type of credit card used for the payment (e.g. American Express KrisFlyer Card)
We will proceed to verify this transaction with your credit card issuing bank on our end. Should there have been any changes to their exclusion terms, we will refund the full CardUp fee to your credit card, no questions asked. Should we not be able to verify this with the card issuing bank, we may require documentation and proof from you that the rewards were not paid out for your rental payment on CardUp.
The following payments are excluded from this Money-back Guarantee:
- Payments made at a lowered or customised fee structure for business transactions
- Payments made with a commercial credit card
- Payments made with a credit card not listed on the CardUp Miles Calculator or Cashback Calculator
- Payments made without promo code SAVERENT175 or SAVERENT19
- Payments made before 1 June 2019 and after 31 December 2019
- Payments that were not made in accordance with CardUp’s Terms of Service
Do note that CardUp spend on the HSBC Advance Credit Card is not eligible for the cashback earn rate.
