You will be kept up to date with the progress of your payment via your CardUp dashboard where you find on the left navigation bar after logging in.
A full breakdown of statuses under each tab and what they mean below:
Pending or Paused - The payment will be reviewed by the CardUp Team. If additional details are required to verify your payment, a follow-up request will be sent to your CardUp registered email.
*Please be advised that our team will review and approve your payment on or closest to the scheduled charge date of your payment. For instance, if you schedule a payment in advance for the next month, our team will assess your payment on or 1 or 2 business days closest to the designated charge date.
Scheduled for charge - The payment has been verified and will be processed on the indicated 'Payment charged' date.
Payments on the way
Payment Charged - The payment has been successfully charged to your selected card and is being processed to be sent to the recipient on the indicated 'Payment due' date.
Sending payment - The payment is on its way to the recipient and will be delivered on the indicated 'Payment due' date.
Payment Sent - The payment has successfully been received into the bank account of the recipient.
Payment Failed - If your card is not able to be charged, the payment status will move to failed. We will send a notification to your CardUp registered email informing you of the unsuccessful charge and advice on the next steps.
Payment Cancelled - The payment has been cancelled and your card will not be charged.
Payment Refunding - The payment refund has been initiated.
Payment Refunded - The payment is refunded
