You will be kept up to date with the progress of your payment via your CardUp dashboard where you find on the header bar after logging in.
A full breakdown of statuses and what they mean below:
Pending - The payment is being reviewed by the CardUp Team. The status will be updated prior to your "Payment Taken" date.
Scheduled - The payment has been setup successfully and will be processed on the indicated 'Payment Taken' date.
Charged - The payment has been successfully processed and is being processed to be sent to the recipient on the indicated 'Due Date'.
Sent - The payment is on its way to the recipient and will arrive before midnight on the indicated 'Due Date'.
Complete - The payment has successfully been received into the bank account of the recipient.
Failed - If your card is not able to be charged, the payment status will move to failed. An email will be sent to you to advice on the next steps.
Cancelled - The payment has been cancelled and your card will not be charged.
