You can also check your payment status by simply logging in to your account and viewing it in your account dashboard. The "Status" column reflects your payment status
What does each payment status mean?
Payment statuses also vary based on the payment method you have chosen for your international payment.
For Credit Card payment:
Status | Definition |
PAYMENT UNDER REVIEW | Your payment is being reviewed by our team. We may request more supporting documents should we need more clarity on the payment. |
PAYMENT CHARGED | Your credit card has been charged for the approved payment setup |
SENDING FUNDS | We processed your payment and the fund is on the way to your recipient. |
PAYMENT SENT |
Your payment amount has successfully reached your recipient. |
For Bank Transfer payment:
Status | Definition |
AWAITING FUNDS | Your international bank transfer payment is set up, you are required to transfer the payment amount to us. Bank transfer details are available in your payment setup email. |
PAYMENT UNDER REVIEW | Your payment is being reviewed by our team. We may request more supporting documents should we need more clarity on the payment. |
FUNDS RECEIVED | We have received your bank transfer amount and will be processing your payment |
SENDING FUNDS |
We processed your payment and the fund is on the way to your recipient |
PAYMENT SENT |
Your payment amount has successfully reached your recipient. |
