I have resolved my credit card issue with the bank. How do I make the payment again?

Once you have resolved this with the bank, please log into your CardUp account to reschedule your payment. This can be done directly from your CardUp dashboard by clicking the "edit" button on your failed payment.

If your card details need to be updated you can do so at this point, otherwise simply click the "edit" and "confirm" button to have the payment charged to your card again.

Please note that if your payment is not rescheduled before the payment due date, it will be cancelled by our system and you will be notified by email.
