You may edit any of your payments, provided that:
- Your credit card has not been charged.
- The edit function is only applicable for "Domestic Payments" and not available for "International Payments".
To make changes, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to your dashboard.
- Navigate to the "Upcoming" tab.
- Locate the payment you wish to edit and click on the "3-dots" button (highlighted in red) in the first column.
- Select the "View/Edit" option.
You can then edit the following details:
- Payment amount
- Payment due date
- Payment reference
- Card number
- Apply promo code (subject to the terms and conditions)
- Payment speed - Next Day
Deleting Payments:
You are also able to delete a payment via the dashboard. To do so, click on the "3-dots" button and select "Cancel".
You can choose to cancel a single payment or all future recurring payments in a series.
Applying Promo Codes:
If you wish to apply a promo code to an existing payment, there is no need to cancel the payment.
Simply edit the payment and:
- Select 'Edit just this one payment'
- Enter the promo code in the respective field
- Click 'Apply'
The discounted fee will be instantly reflected on the payment, subject to the promo code terms and conditions.
