Can I edit an existing payment?

You may edit any of your payments, provided that:

• Your credit card has not been charged.
• The edit function is only applicable for "Domestic Payments" and not available for "International Payments".

To make changes, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Upcoming" tab.
3. Locate the payment you wish to edit and click on the "3-dots" button (highlighted in red) in the first column.
4. Select the "View/Edit" option.

You can then edit the following details:

• Payment amount
• Payment due date
• Payment reference
• Card number
• Apply promo code (subject to the terms and conditions)
• Payment speed - Next Day

Deleting Payments:

You are also able to delete a payment via the dashboard. To do so, click on the "3-dots" button and select "Cancel".

You can choose to cancel a single payment or all future recurring payments in a series.

Applying Promo Codes:

If you wish to apply a promo code to an existing payment, there is no need to cancel the payment.

Simply edit the payment and:

1. Select 'Edit just this one payment'
2. Enter the promo code in the respective field
3. Click 'Apply'

The discounted fee will be instantly reflected on the payment, subject to the promo code terms and conditions.
