Throughout the payment process you will be kept informed of the status via email.
Once it’s successfully delivered, your payment status will be changed to 'Payment Sent' and you will receive a payment completion email along with the payment reference you have input. You can also log in and view the payment status at any time on your CardUp dashboard.
If your payment was unsuccessfully delivered, for example in the case of incorrect bank details, we will contact you via email or on your mobile to help resolve the issue.
