Yes. You can easily split payments across two or more cards using CardUp. The payments will appear as separate transactions to your recipient on his/her statement but rest assured that the funds will be credited on time and together if specified. Furthermore, you will also be able to add a personalised payment reference to reflect on the bank transfer.
An example of what your recipient might see on his bank statement:
CardUp.co: Jon Snow - Rental November1
CardUp.co: Jon Snow - Rental November2
However, please note, that other than for the purpose of using different case, you can schedule only one payment for each payment advice/invoice that is due. Also, if you intend to split your payment over multiple transactions on CardUp, this might make the reconciliation harder for your recipient as the individual payment amounts do not match the outstanding balance. In such a case, CardUp will not be liable for any late payment charges or else.
If in the case the recipient faces any issue with the reconciliation of your split payments (for the purpose of using different credit cards), feel free to reach out to us here and we will be able to provide the relevant support needed.
